Do listed prices include tax or delivery?
No. Listed prices are merchandise starting prices. Your written quote adds delivery and applicable state, county, and city taxes based on the delivery address.
Can I order several different containers?
Yes. Set a quantity on each inventory card, add it to the quote, then repeat for any other type.
What does one-trip mean?
A one-trip container has typically made one cargo trip from the manufacturer and generally has a cleaner, newer appearance than used equipment.
What condition are used containers in?
Used containers show cosmetic wear consistent with service. Availability and exact condition vary; Iron Falcon confirms the applicable condition in the written quote.
How is delivery calculated?
Delivery depends on location, mileage, equipment, access, placement surface, and obstacles. Complete the access fields so the team can price it accurately.
Does submitting a form place an order?
No. It is only a quote request. An order begins after availability and totals are confirmed in writing and you approve the quote.
